For the second time this year ScanTech has the privilege of closing an agreement with a very important supplier in the aviation business.

ScanTech has been appointed distributor for SkyTrac's data management products and can now offer sales, support and installation of the ISAT-200A system under FAA and EASA approved STC for a wide range of aircraft. The ISAT-200A key features are:

• Data acquisition – collecting flight data monitoring (FDM) and event set data, including real-time transmission of exceedances

• Aircraft tracking and mapping – transmitting aircraft positional and attitude information to SkyWeb

• Text/voice communication – global connectivity services via the Iridium satellite network

• Web access in flight

The above functions are organized and managed through SkyWeb, SkyTrac's web based tracking and aviation operations software.

The ISAT-200A system offers a range of services that benefit operators including access to information on the aircraft, flight data monitoring (FDM), update of flight plans, flight time, air time, easy billing and status reports.
