AeroEx GmbH, the leading EASA regulatory compliance expert, is offering a new, state‐of‐ the‐art compliance monitoring software called AMAS II.
AMAS stands for Aviation Management Audit System. This brand new software is the result of consistent refinement of the previous generation AMAS I, and has been developed together with ipro, a German software development company. Ipro is specialized in the development of Intrexx‐based quality management systems.
Helmut Gottschalk, managing director of AeroEx states: “This new aviation audit software has been designed by our highly experienced compliance monitoring and EASA regulatory experts. AMAS II optimizes the audit process and reduces organizational expenses. Our software also reduces liability risks through a reliable monitoring of compliance with all applicable EASA regulations and industry standards. It also includes AMC's, which makes this software unique in the market.”
AMAS II offered by AeroEx is used to monitor compliance with all EASA as well as national/international aviation and industry standards. It supports compliance managers and auditors in the planning, preparation, performance, documentation, monitoring, and archiving of all audit data. AMAS II is a multilingual software (English/German), also offering a compliance library (e.g. for EASA Part OPS, Part M etc.), and the preparation of customized questionnaires. It is either available as an in‐house solution or a Cloud web‐based solution. Both solutions include software services as well as questionnaire and compliance library update services. Users have access to the company or Cloud server from their PC, laptop, i‐pad or smartphone via browser, thus improving users efficiency by enabling direct data exchange. AMAS II includes major functions such as search and sorting functions, automatic deadline reminders, audit planning and scheduling, audit statistics, and many more.
AeroEx GmbH is offering to interested aviation companies either on‐line demonstration of AMAS II or on‐site presentations.
