Falcon Aviation Services, a leading vvip jet and helicopter service provider with an aircraft management, maintenance and service center at Al Bateen Executive Airport, and CDG, a Boeing Company today announced they have signed a memorandum of understanding. Under the terms of the MOU, CDG will be the provider of EASA Part 21J Engineering and supplemental technical documentation services at Falcon's vip completion center at Dubai World Central.
Falcon will be the region's first vvip aircraft completion center at Dubai World Central (DWC), the world's first purpose-built aerotropolis. The new facility at DWC, offering enhanced and customized services to Falcon's vvip customers, will begin construction by summer 2014 and be completed by mid 2015.
Falcon recognizes the need to collaborate with CDG for the upcoming phase of this important project,” said HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, vice-chairman and ceo of Falcon Aviation Services at the signing ceremony held at the Farnborough Air Show.
Capt. Mahmoud Ismael, chief operating officer, Falcon Aviation Services added: “We believe both our companies will benefit from this joint enterprise while sharing experience and know-how that will directly benefit our customers. The level of quality and reliability that results in working directly with CDG and leveraging their intimate knowledge of OEM technical data will allow us to achieve our objective of delivering excellence in vip completions."
“Falcon's intimate knowledge of their vip customer requirements, supported by CDG's robust technical knowledge and resources will develop a strong foundation for success in one of the fastest growing regions for commercial aviation,” said Michael Parven, chief operating officer, CDG, a Boeing company. “Falcon recognizes that high standards for quality engineering and technical services are needed in order to deliver impactful, through-life benefits for their vip customers, and we are excited at the opportunity to work with them as a preferred service provider.”
Falcon and CDG are currently in negotiations to define a broader master services agreement.
