The ASA Group Ltd. has announced both the acquisition of AeroSafety Asia (a US based, Idaho Corporation), and the addition of the group’s newest aviation member, Josh Clements. In addition to his new role as director of sales and marketing for the ASA Group, Josh will also oversee the group’s new aviation safety and audit services.

Josh comes to ASA with a wealth of aviation experience ranging from U.S. Air Force aviation logistics to civil helicopter crew-chief and FAA licensed charter pilot. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science in Aviation Safety Systems from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and is an accredited auditor for the International Business Aviation Council’s International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO). “It’s an exciting time for business and charter aviation in Asia; I look forward to the new opportunities I’ll have with ASA to contribute to the industry and the aviation safety culture of the region' commented Joshua Clements, M.A.S.
