DART Helicopter Services has announced that their affiliated partner, DART Aerospace Ltd., has received EASA, Transport Canada and FAA approval for their Cabin Door Roller Kit which has now been made compatible with sliding composite doors on the Bell 412 aircraft. The Cabin Door Roller Kits have been previously approved for Bell 204B/205A/205A1/205B/212/214B/214B1/412/412CF/412EP model aircraft with the original aluminum cabin doors.

The DART Cabin Door Roller Kit allows both aluminum cabin doors and the newly fitted composite cabin doors to slide with minimal effort. This kit replaces the loose fitting plastic rollers with long lasting steel rollers with replaceable plastic caps. The lower door track is also replaced with a segmented lower friction track which improves both operation and function.
