Today, Spectro| Jet-Care has launched a new discussion forum for their customers, providing a place to share and discuss information and opinions relating to the world of condition monitoring and technical analysis.
“We are sure that the channel will facilitate the exchange of ideas and a wider debate in the latest trends” said Alan Baker, sales & marketing manager. “Spectro|Jet-Care always welcomes feedback from our customers. Not just to enable us to identify areas where improvements can be made but to help us develop new offerings. The forum will make it easy for them do this”.
In addition a new versatile online resource is also available for customers to preview on the Spectro|Jet-Care booth #3029 at EBACE. webECHO is a secure online portal providing access 24/7/365 to a customer's latest sample results and trend reports. It is designed to work on both desktops and mobile devices allowing customers to monitor their entire Spectro|Jet- Care analysis and results in one place.
One-to-one webECHO demonstrations are available on the Spectro | Jet- Care booth where a number of new updates are also now available to the Jet-Care Gas Path Analysis customers including diagnostic comments, download monitoring, fault code reporting (where applicable) and the ability to view current trends and reports.
