Aircraft Corporate Services makes EBACE exhibition debut

Malta-based executive aviation services provider Aircraft Corporate Services (Malta) Ltd will be making its debut exhibition appearance at this year's European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE), May 20-22 in Geneva, when for the first time it will promote its services on Booth 6240.

From its offices in Malta Aircraft Corporate Services (ACS) has specialized in providing comprehensive, corporate aviation services to clients across Europe, Russia, CIS, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia for over three years. The company was launched in response to the growing demand for a single source of comprehensive executive aviation services following the introduction in 2010 of Malta's own Aircraft Registration Act which incorporates the Cape Town Convention. During EBACE ACS will be showcasing its broad range of services which includes providing assistance in obtaining a Malta Air Operator's Certificate (AOC), importation of aircraft, company incorporation, aircraft registration and associated services, VAT and income tax registrations, accounting, administrative support services and legal advice on all company law matters.

“We have a great network of contacts in business aviation plus a strong working relationship with the local Civil Aviation Directorate, Customs Authorities and Malta International Airport. This enables us to provide an efficient service for our corporate and private clients. Exhibiting at EBACE affords us the opportunity to introduce the aviation community to our business in addition to allowing us to meet new clients, re-establish contact with existing clients and offer a base for those who want to discuss their interest in Malta,” explains Fiona Healy, legal counsel for ACS about the decision to exhibit. Over twenty two operators have now registered AOCs in Malta and ACS will be showcasing the benefits for aircraft owners and operators alike.

“Malta has many advantages for those looking to set up a new AOC. It's fiscally advantageous and the Civil Aviation Directorate in Malta is small, efficient and responsive. It is also much more cost effective to set up an AOC in Malta than in most other jurisdictions which is why we are seeing a growing number of operators coming to the island to set up their certificates,” concludes Healy.

ACS looks forward to welcoming delegates to booth 6240.
