Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI), the leading provider of hourly cost maintenance programs for the business aviation industry, recently introduced a series of enhancements with its Phase 2 redesign of the MyJSSI customer portal.
“As promised, we continue to deliver enhancements and improve the functionality of our MyJSSI customer site, making it easier for our clients to report flight hours and manage their JSSI contracts,” stated Joy Nebel, vice president client services for JSSI. “This new phase of improvements incorporates feedback that we received from our customers and represents our enduring efforts to provide our clients with the highest quality service in the industry.”
Some of the newly introduced developments include:
- Easier navigation with a fresh new look.
- Simplified “Submit Flight Hours” page.
- Enhanced “Contacts” page to quickly identify appropriate JSSI contacts.
- New “Minimum Flight Hours Calculator” to easily compare current flight hours to minimum flight hour requirements for the year.
The MyJSSI customer portal was first introduced in 2005 with several enhanced versions developed over the years. In 2013, the MyJSSI application (App) was introduced and is available to JSSI customers to use with their Apple or Android mobile devices.
