Victor, the world's marketplace for jet charters and per seat bookings, which recently celebrated its second anniversary, is proud to announce that Alexis Grabar has joined as senior vice president, tasked with special responsibility for Victor's expansion into Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

Victor is expanding internationally as consumer demand for Victor's fast, slick, easy to use charter offerings has increased significantly beyond Europe. Thanks to Victor jet charter users receive transparency of pricing, full due diligence on jet operators and total legality and financial security when flying privately. Victor's members have doubled to over 4,200 in the past 12 months.

Alexis will be in charge of developing the business internationally, finding strategic partnerships and business development deals for Victor. He is setting up a full operational office in Moscow for the Russia & CIS regions by end of 2013, as today this region represents 40% of the demand for European charter and Alexis is an expert of this region, speaking Russian fluently. He will be developing both Russian Victor members using his expertise in aviation acquired over the last 20 years with major European aerospace and aviation groups. Victor's vision is to reach 10,000 international members by 2015.

Victor intends to add new partnerships to its existing portfolio (such as Lamborghini, Orient Express Group and Burgess Yachts) in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

Alexis Grabar is the founder of Avolus Ltd and AviaMediaTech Ltd. With a background in business, finance, management, law and diplomacy, Alexis began his career in the European aerospace and defence industry in 1992, joining Eurocopter and was appointed to head of their Moscow office from 1993 and then became head of strategic development in 1996. His other attributes include regional sales director at Airbus Industries and vp of sales/business development at Marquis Jet/Netjets in London.
