VistaJet, the leading global business aviation company, and Jet Aviation, a leading business aviation services company, announced today that Jet Aviation Flight Services will operate and manage a U.S.-based fleet of Bombardier Global jets for VistaJet's Flight Solutions Program.

"VistaJet offers Global aircraft services unlike any other in business aviation. We take great pride in our heritage as an international company and for the past ten years, we've arranged for corporate leaders, entrepreneurs and private individuals to fly to over 135 countries worldwide. Expanding our program offering to include the new service operated by Jet Aviation within the United States now makes VistaJet the only truly global business aviation company," said Thomas Flohr, founder and chairman of VistaJet. "With this announcement, we are redefining the landscape of business aviation."

"Our alliance with Jet Aviation Flight Services is key to growing our business in the world's largest corporate aircraft marketplace. Jet Aviation has an impeccable reputation in aircraft service, charter operations and management here in the U.S. and around the world, so they understand the needs of a global service provider. VistaJet will act as agent for U.S. Flight Solutions Program customers. to arrange flights that will be operated by Jet Aviation within the U.S. This is a significant investment for VistaJet both in terms of fleet value and building our brand loyalty and recognition in the U.S. We are confident that the VistaJet customer experience on flights operated by Jet Aviation will be seamless."

"It is a tremendous tribute to Jet Aviation and our team that VistaJet, with over 35 aircraft in their worldwide fleet, has selected our company to operate and manage the U.S.-based fleet of Global aircraft on our air carrier certificate for VistaJet Flight Solutions Program customers in the U.S.," said Don Haloburdo, vice president and general manager, Jet Aviation Flight Services. "With the addition of all new Global business aircraft under management in the U.S., we will have a unique offering in terms of large cabin ultra-long range jets. We look forward to providing the highest level of service and attention that VistaJet customers are accustomed to on international destinations."

The first VistaJet aircraft to be operated by Jet Aviation in the U.S. under this new alliance will be based at Jet Aviation Flight Services' Teterboro, New Jersey, facility while additional aircraft may be located at other Jet Aviation U.S. locations depending on demand and seasonal traffic within the country. "The U.S. services operated by Jet Aviation will mirror the worldwide VistaJet model. The aircraft will fly from one destination to the next, keeping empty leg flights to a minimum," continued Mr. Flohr. VistaJet Flight Solutions Program customers are the direct beneficiaries of this model as they are only charged for occupied hours and enjoy guaranteed availability and guaranteed price per hour.

VistaJet leads the industry with the youngest fleet in the sky - the average fleet age is less than two years and all aircraft operate under their manufacturer's warranty - based across the largest service area in the business to seamlessly connect the globe. "We are by far Bombardier's largest Global aircraft customer and with a Think Global strategy of deploying brand new aircraft into the U.S., Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and soon China, VistaJet is defining the new business aviation landscape with its silver aircraft with the red stripe," added Mr. Flohr.
