GlobeAir has appointed Jonathan Berdoz to the position of leader of customer care team.

Jonathan joined the company as part of the customer care team a little over two years ago. Throughout his time at GlobeAir, Jonathan has shown a great amount of passion and professionalism, having built valuable relationships in his position as customer care manager as well as opening up new markets for GlobeAir and achieving great successes for the company as the business development manager.

Effective immediately, Jonathan will head up the GlobeAir customer care team, currently represented by the four customer care managers Barbara Stritzinger (German and English), Michelle Goldmann (German and English), Beatrice Ferri (Italian, French and English) and Marco Monteiro (Portuguese, English, Spanish and French). For daily business the customer care team contact numbers remain unchanged.
