Precision Helicopters Ltd. is pleased to announce the merger of HeliNorth Ltd of Whangarei with Precision Helicopters Ltd.

HeliNorth is a well known and established company with customers throughout Northland. It is owned and operated by Allan Jessop and William Lang.

Allan Jessop said “We've been aware of Precision Helicopters for quite some time and can clearly see the long term benefits for us and our clients of becoming part of a nationwide operation.”
