Avinode, provider of the world's largest marketplace for air charter, is pleased to announce the launch of Avinode Trip Manager, a new sales management system designed for air charter brokers. With this new program brokers can manage their complete sales workflow online.
“The release of Trip Manager is a big step for Avinode,” says Oliver King, Avinode managing director. “It gives members the ability to manage, not only flight sourcing, but all sales-related tasks in a completely integrated online environment.”
Trip Manager delivers complex and powerful sales management tools in a simple, easy-to-learn, online environment. The system, which has been specifically designed for the charter aviation industry, functions as a CRM, sales management software and trip management tool rolled into one. Users can create professionally branded, custom quotes and invoices, schedule trips or other business activities, manage their trip services online and upload all associated trip documents.
“We know that many brokers work on the fly, so it's important that their information is always within reach,” says Fredrik Artursson, Avinode Trip Manager project lead. “With Trip Manager everything is stored in one place, online, making it easy to access your information from anywhere. If they do find themselves in a position where they are unreachable and a colleague needs to reply to a client request, the colleague can easily track the progress of that quote in Trip Manager.”
With an added membership in the Avinode Marketplace, users can also source flights by transferring their trip information automatically from Trip Manager to the Marketplace. When they've secured a flight they can automatically transfer all flight information into Trip Manager to continue their sales processes.
The Avinode group of companies also offer an integrated and complete online quoting and scheduling workflow for Operators through Avinode sister company, SchedAero. Like Trip Manager, the SchedAero fleet management system is fully integrated with the Avinode Marketplace, so users can transfer aircraft and trip information quickly and cleanly between the two systems without ever having to reenter information.
Both Trip Manager and SchedAero are also fully integrated with sister company, Wyvern's safety information system.
