JSSI enhances client experience with MyJSSI app and newly designed website

Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI), the leading provider of hourly cost maintenance programs for the business aviation industry, recently launched a new application (App) for its customers. The MyJSSI Mobile App is now available to current JSSI clients with Apple or Android devices and it is also available to anyone interested in the latest JSSI newsfeed.

The new MyJSSI App will streamline the process for submitting monthly hours while allowing JSSI customers to manage their contracts, make payments and update their contact information, quickly and easily, from their mobile devices. The App will also allow JSSI to push notifications out to its customers.

JSSI has also designed a new website that is loaded with user friendly information and functionality that will enrich any site visitor's experience. The JSSI site, www.jetsupport.com, will provide aircraft owners and operators quick access to details about JSSI programs that provide budget predictability for today's aircraft maintenance costs.

“Leveraging technology to improve operational efficiencies and to enhance our customer's experience is core to our strategic plan. The release of a mobile application and the new website has been a team effort,” commented Neil Book, president and ceo for JSSI. “We strive to deliver a new and enhanced client experience and to more effectively inform prospective customers about our programs, and the vast array of coverage we provide for virtually all turbine powered aircraft flying today,” added Mr. Book.

Some of the new website features include a new intuitive navigational design, a program selection tool that provides specific program information by aircraft type, Google® map integration, interactive media, an FAQ section, optimization for mobile devices and much more.

The JSSI team continues to add further value by striving to develop the most innovative products and services while expanding into new markets. “These newly developed tools support our continued expansion of the JSSI global network by making it easier to do business with us and I am proud to have been a part of these successful initiatives,” remarked Kevin Thomas, vice president strategic planning and business development for JSSI.
