Press Release
Issued by Rolls-Royce North America.
March 4, 2013
Rolls-Royce, the global power systems company, will offer new service plans to better predict costs and reduce maintenance concerns for customers.
The new suite of plans will allow customers to meet their needs efficiently and economically, while enjoying the security of knowing their future maintenance costs in advance.
Greg Fedele, Rolls-Royce, senior vice president, helicopters, said, "Our new plan takes the guess-work out of future maintenance. New RR300 customers will be secure in the knowledge that they will have no surprises down the road. It's 'worry-free maintenance,' and will reduce costs as well."
Under the new plan, customers will be able to select from three types of service delivery – traditional time and labor; TotalCare® for scheduled maintenance; or TotalCare® comprehensive, which covers scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. By agreeing their maintenance plan in advance, costs can be included in financing, lowering long-term expense and increasing peace of mind. Initially, the new service plans will be available at point-of-sale for new customers, with planning under way to expand availability to existing customers.
RR300 operators can find service availability at any global Rolls-Royce authorized RR300 service facility.
