SkyTrac unveils ISAT-200A voice messaging and exceedance detection at Heli-Expo 2013

SkyTrac Systems would like to invite all attendees to visit booth C2811 to experience a hands-on demonstration of its new voice messaging and exceedance detection features at Heli-Expo 2013 from March 5th - 7th, 2013. These exciting new features will be demonstrated in real time using SkyTrac's flagship ISAT-200A system.

Voice messaging allows efficient voice communication using a single button interface. Pilots can quickly record a short voice message and send it to a predefined email recipient in a standard digital audio format, eliminating the wait time for the Iridium network to connect a phone call before being able to relay a message. In situations where a short, one-way message is adequate, a voice message will be sent faster and require less pilot interaction than traditional satcom messaging and phoning.

In addition, visitors can test SkyTrac's ISAT-200A exceedance notification system. With its internal gyroscope and accelerometer, the ISAT-200A monitors changes to aircraft attitude and sends an email alert if the aircraft exceeds configured thresholds. The ISAT-200A can also send 'history on demand' reports which provide flight data leading up to the triggered event.

"These additions to the ISAT-200A are prime examples of SkyTrac's commitment to providing innovative features that enhance flight operations," said Malachi Nordine, president and ceo of SkyTrac. "Come try these new features and see how exceedance reporting and voice messaging can make your operations safer and more efficient."

Please visit us at booth C2811 to see these new features in action and learn more about the ISAT-200A. Malachi Nordine, the new president & ceo will be on hand, as well as Judy Meier, Kim Bagnall and Jayce Bremner from the sales team, and Mike Regehr, SkyTrac's information services manager.
