Jet Professionals has signed a strategic-alliance agreement with Future Stream Japan Co. to cooperate in the delivery of aviation staffing services in Japan.

Jet Professionals and Future Stream of Japan will cooperate in areas of advertising, candidate selection and presentation, and new customer development for recruiting projects within the Asia region.

"Future Stream shares our business philosophy of bringing the most benefit to both employers and employees through careful screening and matching of mutual needs," said Hani Farag, managing director of Jet Professionals International. "Developing synergies with Future Stream in Japan will provide us with a business partner who can accelerate our introduction to the Japanese market."

Recruiting mainly top management executives, managers, technicians and IT personnel for financial companies, Future Stream also places professionals with specialized skills and experience in the health care, consumer goods, energy resources and transport industries. It is often retained to introduce Japanese companies and personnel to global projects such as those within the aviation industry.
