Press Release
Issued by Boutsen Aviation.
December 12, 2012
Fifteen years after its founding, and twelve years into full operation, Monaco-based Boutsen Aviation has sold 250 aircraft, representing over USD$1.2 billion. These airplanes and helicopters, some 50 models from 15 manufacturers, have been matched with new owners in 49 countries, on all continents but Antarctica.
"Our first sale was a Piper Cheyenne II, for $275.000; and our 250th is an VVIP Airbus Corporate Jet, with a value of over $100 million," said Thierry Boutsen, president. "I started the business in 1997, this was a part-time job." (Boutsen was driving in Formula 1). "By 2000, this was our full-time business and we have looked only ahead!"
"Our experience in international transactions and our knowledge of the market with its daily moves make us one of the leading companies in this segment," says Boutsen. We represent customers for both sales and acquisitions, acting on an exclusive basis only, as "We want to have the power to negotiate firmly on their behalf." We invest significant time and money into every transaction. "Our clients do not have various brokers working against each other. We do not let this happen. As their exclusive agents, we control the sale; our clients win."
Boutsen Aviation, as exclusive agent, also makes the process easy for the client; the company can negotiate corporate aircraft sales in six languages, opening doors worldwide. Whether the aircraft is transcontinental, regional, or intra-city (some 12% of transactions involve helicopters), jet or turbo-prop, Boutsen's contacts and experience will save clients time, hassle, and money.
