Aeronautical Accessories refreshes online presence, offers improved functionality

In addition to a refreshed "look and feel," the new website offers an expanded search capability of Aeronautical Accessories' electronic catalog of more than 4,000 unique parts and accessories and 360 STCs. The site also offers a new, easy to use quoting functionality to assist customers in their purchasing decisions. A new e-commerce option will also be launched in the coming months.

"This new site offers significant improvements over the existing site," said Chad Nimrick, director, Aeronautical Accessories and Customer Service and Support Engineering. "Not only did we upgrade the look and feel of the site, but we added several technical enhancements to improve the customer experience."

Aeronautical Accessories' products are available for use on a variety of helicopter makes and models. With the new design, customers can easily determine product availability, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), installation instructions, and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) among other resources.

"We developed the site based on customer feedback regarding their current and future needs to online access and resources," said Jennifer Lunceford, Sales manager for Aeronautical Accessories. "Our objective is for aero-access.com to be a rotorcraft reference tool that customers use on a regular basis."
