Jet-Care, the leader in equipment condition monitoring services for the aviation industry, today announced the launch of three new engine trend programs as part of its Gas Path Analysis (GPA) engine portfolio.
The new programs, for the Pratt & Whitney PW305 and PW307 as well as the Honeywell/GE CFE738 engines, will afford operators the opportunity to use Jet-Care beyond the engine programs already in place.
"Following a recent customer satisfaction survey we received a significant number of inquiries from operators, who have recently acquired Falcon 7X aircraft, asking if they could continue trend monitoring with Jet-Care for their new engines" said David Glass, managing director, Jet-Care. "With this in mind we have developed these new programs as part of the GPA service and will continue to strengthen our portfolio in the future".
As well as the launch of the new engine trend programs, the Jet-Care iECHO GPA™ app for iPad® is continuing to prove its worth after its launch one year ago. Many operators are now using the app to submit their engine data to the Jet-Care team, allowing any significant trend changes to be identified and advised at the earliest opportunity.
The GPA service targets the detection of engine core deterioration and associated faults by monitoring and trending engine data therefore enabling clients to monitor the health of their aircraft engines efficiently and effectively. In addition to routine reports detailing the engine status the Jet-Care service offers full technical and administrative support 24/7, with highly experienced engineers available to aid diagnosis, interpretation and give guidance to the engineer 'in the field'.
