Chapman Freeborn, the world's leading air charter company, has expanded its activities in Scandinavia by opening a new sales office in Sweden.

Christian Stridsberg has been appointed as sales manager for Sweden, where he will oversee all operations including cargo and passenger aircraft charters, as well as on board courier (OBC) services.

With over 10 years of experience in the domestic and international air cargo industry, Christian brings extensive local market knowledge to the new role.

In his previous position working as sales manager for Sweden's largest GSSA he was responsible for the company's overall sales and marketing strategy and played a key role in its international business development.

Under his management the new office will give Chapman Freeborn's global client base and office network greater access to the Swedish market.

With the opening of a local sales office in Sweden, Chapman Freeborn takes a further important step in the expansion of its services in Scandinavia. The news follows the successful launch of a sales office in Denmark which opened for business in 2011.
