Flightworx® offers 'open to all' 24/7 emergency planning hotline

Flightworx® will be offering for the Olympic period July – August a 24/7 hotline service for stranded operators looking for advice and assistance in the UK arena.

To minimise confusion and to avoid any delays Flightworx® operational team will be on hand to assist with any operators questions, requests or problems associated with the London Olympic traffic operating area in particular.

"We felt that that as we were a UK based company it would be beneficial to offer and deliver a non-bias, quick and easy service to anybody operating through the region during this expected heavy traffic time" stated Chris Anderson-Jones, director. "Our team are on hand to offer and advise a service to anybody wishing to call or email in. It is important to us that any operator can use this safety net in the background. Should something go wrong and for example they cannot communicate or get assistance from their usual service source, we are on hand to help. As per most of our services the advice is free and designed to give a rapid answer or fix to a request so that the crew can be on their way."

Being independent makes it easy for us to offer a fix to any problem utilising every resource available.
