Air Partner, headquartered in London, UK, is a leading provider of private aviation services to industry, commerce, governments and private individuals worldwide. Air Partner's 50 year trading history, best practice broking skills, products and reputation for exclusivity will combine with THE ESTD's extensive access to potential customers and knowledge of the Indian corporate and luxury travel markets to provide an ideal platform for the partnership to capitalise on the growing number of private aviation users on the Subcontinent.

InterGlobe Enterprises is a leader in aviation and travel related services, after success in the Business Aviation sector, InterGlobe General Aviation broadened its product offering and underwent a re-launch to become InterGlobe Established. Trading as THE ESTD, the company offers a portfolio of lifestyle products to high net worths and corporate clients.

In India, Air Partner will offer clients full access to the Group's on-demand charter and unique pre-paid JetCard scheme - providing customers with the most flexible pricing options in private jet travel. Clients will also have access to the Group's Commercial Jets services, which charters airliners with 20 to 500 seats to move groups of any size, and Air Partner Freight, which charters aircraft of every size to fly any cargo anywhere, at any time. As part of the alliance a 24-hour flight operations team will be in place to handle all customer needs, providing flexibility and service which is second to none.
