On Friday 11th May Ocean Sky Jet Centre purchased the Mahon FBO operated by MTA (Menorca Tourist Assistance).

This purchase will increase Ocean Sky's movements to around 1000 per annum in Menorca as well as giving Ocean Sky the ability to expand their commercial aircraft supervision capability.

"Becoming the single FBO at Menorca enables Ocean Sky to consolidate its position on the Island and send the clear message that the Balearics are an important location for the Ocean Sky brand. Together with our thriving Ibiza FBO Spain remains a key growth target for the expansion of the Jet Centre network" commented Ocean Sky CEO, Steve Grimes.

Ocean Sky will be employing the previous owner Karen Green to be the Manager of Ocean Sky FBOs in Spain at both Menorca (Mahon) and Ibiza. Karen has been on the island for 12 years and in Spain for 28 years. She has a fantastic relationship with the customers for whom she has provided a service for many years – this is something that Ocean Sky will continue to offer with their own high service level and Karen's breadth of knowledge.
