A J Walter Aviation, the leading independent complete aircraft spares support specialist, has signed a three year consignment agreement with Arizona based StandardAero, marking the start of a long-standing relationship between the two companies.
The agreement means StandardAero will benefit from AJW's extensive and growing inventory of engine material, some of which will be held at the StandardAero Cincinnati facility for future utilisation or sale. AJW will benefit from StandardAero's comprehensive repair capabilities as well as enjoying access to its current inventory also for utilisation or sale.
StandardAero specialises in the repair, maintenance and overhaul of gas turbine engines, component parts and other aviation services. The Company has significantly grown its capability and capacity over recent years, including diversification into CFM56-5B and -7B engine overhaul as well as several APU types.

The A J Walter Aviation Engine Division opened in February 2011 and has exceeded all targets during its first year of operation. The Company's dynamic approach, backed up by AJW's world-leading and independent status within the aircraft spares support industry, has enabled it to deliver a range of efficient cost-effective solutions and products to several new and existing customers.

AJW's Engine Division focuses primarily on the acquisition of CFM56-3/5/7, CF6-80, V2500 and PW4000 engines for lease or teardown and the supply of high quality used serviceable material to its many airline and engine MRO customers.
