Beginning on April 1st 2012 not only passengers on private jets, but also passengers booked on scheduled commercial flights can enjoy the vip service of the Business Aviation Centre Cologne. Customers including their luggage will be taken from the General Aviation Terminal (GAT) to the aircraft and on return will also be picked up from the aircraft.

The new VIP-service is especially interesting for customers who would like to save time and to travel discrete. Queuing at check-in desks and long walks through the terminal with subsequent waiting time at the gate will fall away. Instead customers arrive 1 hour prior to departure at the GAT, receive their luggage tags and will be brought directly to the aircraft prior to departure.

This service is available for all scheduled flights in and out of Cologne.

For arrival and departure you can choose from the following packages depending on what services are required:

„VIP Check-In" which includes the reception of the guest at the GAT, luggage handling and check-in, Passenger screening and passport control, limousine transfer to the aircraft with pre- or last boarding and is bookable for 70,00€.

„VIP Check-In Premium" includes all services of the basic package and additionally offers the usage of our lounge and personal assistance with snacks and drinks. This package is particularly interesting for customers who might need to wait for the connecting flight during the night or need to bypass shorter waiting times and is bookable for 140,00€.

„VIP Check-Out" provides pick up of the guests and the luggage at the aircraft, transfer to the GAT by limousine and escort through customs and passport control. The bookage fee is 70,00€.

„VIP Check-Out Premium" additionally includes usage of our arrival lounge and personal assistance with snacks and drinks. The booking fee for the premium package is 140,00€.

Of course it is also possible to book a complete package for arrival and departure (basic package for 120,00€ and the premium package for 250,00€)

At all packages one companion can travel for free. For each additional guest a 30,00€ surcharge will be charged. Children up to the age of 6 travel for free. Pricing for children between 6 and 14 years is available upon request.
