Swiss Aviation Consulting is delighted to announce that Dr. Andreas Knoepfel has joined the group. He heads Swiss AeroRisk Management LLC as Managing Director and also is a Board Member of Swiss AeroHoldings Ltd.

In his role as Managing Director of Swiss AeroRisk Management LLC, Dr. Andreas Knoepfel will support customers in the analysis of international legal, contractual and insurance matters and manages Swiss AeroRisk Management's Fleet Insurance Program.

Dr. Andreas Knoepfel earned a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Zurich, is admitted as Attorney-at-Law and authorised to act as an independent insurance broker.

He was in charge for more than ten years as General Counsel EMEA with a leading global Business Aviation Service Company in the fields of Aircraft Management, Charter, Maintenance, Refurbishment/Outfitting and Handling. This was followed by an occupation for an Insurance Broker Company, listed on the Swiss stock exchange, where he was appointed as Senior Aviation Manager. His focus is on contracts, risk management and insurance issues.
