The following changes have taken place in the management structure of Aviapartner:

To support the continuous growth of the Aviapartner network, Theo Dilissen has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Aviapartner Group and Peter Oostenenk CEO of the Aviapartner Group. Peter is in charge of Aviapartner's overall day-to-day operations, while Theo leads major projects such as large acquisitions and the integration thereof, and represents Aviapartner with the principal Belgian and European authorities, next to chairing the main Board of Directors.

Together with the whole management team of Aviapartner, they will further develop Aviapartner's position as the leading independent passenger, aircraft and cargo handler in Continental Europe.
