On 1 December 2011 RUAG Aviation appointed two new executives in its Business Unit Business Aviation: Bernd Heinrich takes over the operating management of the Geneva site, and Tobias Laps becomes the new Head of the Global Sales Team. Both executives are experienced experts in the aviation sector.

A German, Bernd Heinrich (50) holds a degree in aerospace technology and has 20 years' experience in international aviation. His fellow countryman Tobias Laps (40) also has a degree in aerospace technology and boasts 10 years' experience in international aviation. His main work location will be Oberpfaffenhofen near Munich (DE).

Michael Sattler, Vice President Business Aviation welcomes the support of these competent executives. «The number of aircraft will increase over the next few years and so aircraft manufacturers expect a great demand for maintenance services.
