ASM announces new ASM "Passport"

Launched at this week's Dubai Airshow, ASM is pleased to reveal its new Passport, as part of the lead up to its loyalty program to be announced Q2, 2012. The ASM Passport is a handy sized document that details the whole myriad of services offered by the Company and, information about ASM itself.

Mr Vito Gomes, Managing Director and Founder of ASM commented "The Passport was created as a direct response to the requests of our customers –long term and high volume, that demanded some form of loyalty scheme for their commitment to ASM. It is only right that as our competitors may try to secure our clients with lower prices, that our loyal customers should be rewarded for their business with us. Such client incentives with ASM will be more tangible and the rewards linked to actual client business rather than a one-time discount".

The ASM Loyalty Program will encompass some of the benefits of global programs as well as unique traits of ASM's products and services – not only discounts. Rewards will include discounts on services offered but in order to elevate its program against others, ASM carried out extensive research into what the ASM customer requires from the program and that will reward the entity as opposed an individual. Limited numbers of the ASM Passport is available at the ASM stand at the Dubai Airshow E424.
