InflightEx expands system functionality and relationships

InflightEx, a web-based cabin services management solution, has added new functionality to its system to benefit caterers, corporate flight attendants, and flight departments, along with expanding its connections in the aviation catering industry.

InflightEx recently added direct integration to QuickBooks to the system, allowing caterers to merge all of their invoices with QuickBooks and import their products directly from QuickBooks into the InflightEx system.

"Since officially launching the InflightEx system just one year ago, we have added numerous caterers and the system is being used by more and more corporate flight attendants and flight departments every day," said Marsell Amineddine, managing director at InflightEx Technology. "As our user base grows, we continue to add functionality to InflightEx to ensure the system grows with their needs and helps simplify cabin services management for every flight."

InflightEx is working with Aviation Catering Consultants to help them implement Catering Safety Management Systems to reduce the risks associated with handling food items at all points in the catering process, including the food source, caterer, handler or fixed-base operator (FBO), and the flight crew for service to the passengers.

"We at Aviation Catering Consultants are delighted to be linked to InflightEx, allowing our group the platform necessary to roll out a new aviation catering industry global standard for excellence and safety as outlined in the Catering Safety Management Systems we help companies and flight departments develop," said Paula Kraft, president of Tastefully Yours Catering and founding member of Aviation Catering Consultants.

InflightEx will be conducting on-site demonstrations of their software in booth #N2718 at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Annual Meeting & Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada, October 10-12 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
