Jeff Bonner R & D, a San Antonio, Texas based VIP aircraft component, prototype developer, and subassembly fabricator has deliver a series of custom showers for US based completion centers since 2009 that have lowered the expectations of their customers. Lower the weigh expectations that is. JBRND showers are made using the lightest weight materials available using fabrication techniques that have never been done before. Several royal flight operators and their design teams have toured the JBRND facility and reviewed the shower designs JBRND fabricates for VVIP aircraft. JBRND showers incorporate motion sensors, specialized LED lighting made in-house by JBRND, and most weight no more than 130lbs finished. JBRND completes all the manufacturing under one roof including final finishes.

Mr. Bob Sawyer and Ed Harris who pioneered the two piece self standing shower brought their talents to JBRND in 2007 and 2009 respectfully. With CEO/President, Jeff Bonner's knowledge of machining and research and development JBRND have created a series of lavatory showers, bidets, and toilet shrouds which incorporate features found on no other similar VVIP product in the world. As a team, Jeff Bonner, Ed Harris and Bob Sawyer have been manufacturing VIP aircraft lavatory products since 2009.
