Avolus announced as first international broker with RUBAA accreditation

Leading private aviation and executive transport company, Avolus Ltd today has been announced as the first RUBAA accredited international broker. Anna Serejkina, RUBAA Executive Director will be presenting the certificate at JetExpo 2011, where Avolus is exhibiting as part of the Broker and Operator project of RUBAA. "The RUBAA broker accreditation becomes more and more important for the Russian business aviaton market, and an application from an international broker is additional proof to this. We are glad to confirm that the process was successfully accomplished and we can congratulate Avolus on becoming the first international broker with RUBAA accreditation", says Anna Serejkina.

Building presence in Russia with RUBAA

Avolus joined RUBAA in July 2011 to be part of the growth of private aviation in the region in order to continue Avolus plans of expansion in Russia. "Russia & CIS has continuously been an important territory for Avolus and our accreditation from RUBAA will strengthen our presence in the region", says CEO & Founder, Alexis Grabar. Avolus continue to focus on expanding charter and aircraft sales & acquisition services to the territories with the highest demand, primarily the US and Russia & CIS.

Jet Card Europe for Russia & CIS

Avolus launches Jet Card Europe in the US this month with leading US private jet broker, Jets.com, after seeing an increasing demand from the region for a jet card programme in Europe with highly competitive pricing and flexibility for 25 or more hours of flight time for a single, up-front payment. Avolus will extend Jet Card Europe to Russia & CIS and Europe by 2012 which Avolus expect to increase market share in these key territories (US, Russia & CIS and Europe) with the programme.

Moscow office set for 2012

Avolus achieved record breaking sales in 2010, up 40% from the previous year and of which is expected to repeat in 2011. Avolus aim to increase business with the launch of Jet Card Europe by 2012 and with the expected success of the programme in Russia, Avolus will plan to open a Moscow office next year in order to support client demand by operating the Jet Card Europe programme locally.

Aircraft Sales and Acquisitions expansion strategy

Avolus Aircraft Sales and Acquisitions division was set up in 2009 by CEO & Founder of Avolus, Alexis Grabar. "The past 4 years have seen some major changes in the aircraft sale & acquisition market but with the decline has come an opportunity. We are highly active in the sale, acquisition and trade market with a strongly informed insight and a direct upfront approach" says Alexis Grabar. In 4 years, Avolus has successfully concluded the sale and purchase of 5 aircraft (2 small Citation Encore, 2 Medium Citation XLS and one Challenger 604), 3 contracts of aircraft management (one CL605 with a UK operator, one G550 with Russian operator and one helicopter with UK operator) and 4 consulting contracts including a valuation of a G550, market analysis for the purchase of 6 aircraft and market analysis of the XL/C605 market.

Alex Hunter, who was announced Vice President of Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions earlier this year has been focusing on growing the division in Europe and Russia & CIS, and has already closed 4 deals since returning to Avolus in April 2011. Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions division aim to increase business between Russia & CIS and US with Jet Card Europe and the collaboration with Jets.com.
