Experienced aviation industry professional, Christian Duhain, has joined A J Walter Aviation as a Non-Executive Director. He will act in an advisory capacity to assist AJW in its business ambitions to provide a range of highly flexible integrated aviation support programmes that will meet the future demands of the industry. AJW is the leading independent spares supply specialist with a significant global presence and an extensive portfolio of pooling, leasing and sales services across aircraft engines, components and consumables sectors.
Christian was most recently Corporate Vice President EADS International Development for Asia-Pacific and Latin America and led major sales campaigns for Airbus as well as for helicopters, satellites and defence related products. Prior to that he held senior positions in Matra Hachette, Aerospatiale Matra and Dassault.
This appointment is one of several senior management roles that AJW has identified to strengthen and enhance its commercial and business capabilities. AJW is poised for continued growth and will seek to maximise opportunities on an international scale.
