Airline Services Ltd (ASL), headquartered in Manchester, UK, has appointed Chris Hoy as Head of Sales, Customer Services & Business Development, for its newly formed Aircraft Component Repair division based at Stansted Airport. Chris joins the company from SR Technics where he was Sales Director – Component Maintenance, with responsibility for attaining the company's component maintenance budget. Chris Hoy brings over 35 years experience in the component maintenance business having worked previously for a number of companies including FLS Aerospace, ATEL, Qualitair and Flightspares in the area of component maintenance and parts trading.
Chris joins ASL at a time when the company is rapidly expanding its portfolio of services and its customer base, as highlighted by the move into component repair. Chris reports directly to Dan Hepworth, Group Director Sales and Marketing and is responsible for developing all business for the privately-owned company's new component repair division.
