Eclipse Aerospace, Inc. announced today the "sold out" success of the Avio IFMS completion program. Over 100 customers have placed firm, non-refundable deposits to participate in the program, which is now sold out through March of 2012. This program installs the fully integrated Avio flight management system in the Eclipse Jet, completing the most advanced glass cockpit in general aviation.

Over a dozen aircraft have already been delivered with the Avio Integrated Flight Management System installed, which includes dynamically calculated top of descent guidance, coupled LPV (WAAS GPS) approaches, Airway / Victor route navigation, RNP (Auto/Manual), holding patterns and procedure turns, integrated on-route e-charts overlaid on the moving map, and much more.
