MSB doubles its manufacturing capacity

MSB is proud to announce that it has doubled the manufacturing space in its facility in Boucherville, Quebec. The expansion follows the recent acquisition of new machinery and tools to meet the growing demand for MSB's products and services. One of those products is the Single Pedestal Hi-Lo Conference Table (patent pending) that has successfully passed all Transport Canada certification test requirements and will receive its first aircraft certification shortly. The exceptional design of this single column table allows for easier access and maximum ergonomic comfort.

Among the new machinery is a second cutting table for composite panels. As Mr. Sony Boudreau, Co-President, explains, MSB could not have met the increasing demand without the new equipment: "The growth of our customized cabinet kit service and of our galley insertss ervice has prompted us to make important investments and adjust capacity. By supplying completion and refurbishment centres with cabinet kits ready for assembly and finishing, we allow them to concentrate on their most value-added activities and that can have a tremendous impact for them."

As the marketing team prepares for its second visit to EBACE next month in Geneva, Mr. Mario Sévigny, Co-President, is confident that MSB's conference table will prove to be a major contributor to the growth of the company in 2011-2012: "Our portfolio of activities used to be dominated by our engineering services, specifically our outsourcing service which has always been a very important part of our success. With the interest we've seen in our soon-to-be-unveiled conference table, we will have a more balanced portfolio."

MSB is a privately held company specializing in mechanical design, engineering andmanufacturing services for customized and luxury interiors. Its main activities are engineering, design, manufacturing of interior components, and providing technical contract labour in mechanical design and manufacturing. MSB has more than 80 engineers, designers and technicians.
