Williams International chooses European Maintenance Service as Authorized Service Center

Aircraft engine manufacturer Williams International has chosen European Maintenance Service, located at Säve Airport in Gothenburg, as its Scandinavian Authorized Service Center. EMS can now provide business aviation customers operating Cessna Citation business jets with a comprehensive solution to their maintenance and spare part requirements.

"We have many years of experience with Cessna Citation business jets, so this is a natural and important step for us. The modern and fuel-efficient Williams engines are in line with our environmental policy to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the aviation sector" says Stephen Diapére, President of EMS. He also said "Now that we have spare parts for Williams engines in stock, our service team can have our customers quickly back in the air, wherever they are. Speed and flexibility are keywords in business aviation; for an extra charge we are prepared to fly technicians and/or spare parts by business jet to any location to pick up the customer and fly them to their destination while our technicians carry out the necessary repairs."

Williams engines are well known and they have many applications, from business jets to the World Record holder Virgin Atlantic Global Flyer, which flew non-stop around the world in 74 hours in 2006.
