Metrojet welcomes Collin Lam as human resources director

Metrojet is pleased to announce the hiring of Collin Lam as Human Resources Director. Collin will lead the HR function of the company while working closely with senior management.

Collin possesses over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources mainly in multinational companies. As the HR Director for Metrojet, he will assist senior management in driving different HR initiatives and developing a sustainable people strategy which supports the long term growth of the company.

Previously as Human Resources Director for Polo Ralph Lauren, Collin acted as a business partner for client servicing, and to develop HR strategies to support the growth of the business in the Asia region. Prior to this, Collin was Regional Human Resources and People Development Manager of Nypro Inc., Greater China.

Collin is attending the Senior Executive Program of Stanford University and expects to graduate this year. He obtained a Master of Business Administration and is currently the visiting lecturer on HR related topics for various universities.
