Northolt Jet Centre Premier Passenger Service (PPS) has taken over the future tasking function at RAF Northolt. Previously managed by the Royal Air Force, Northolt Jet Centre will mirror the service qualities already in operation at London City Airport Jet Centre.
Northolt Jet Centre will provide a 'one stop' booking and coordination service from initial enquiry to itinerary completion, for all aspects of Business Aviation at London's premier VIP airfield for large business jets. Our services include slot booking, ground and passenger handling, customs and immigration clearance, crew accommodation and transport services, delivering streamlined quality service throughout.
Donie Braddick, Northolt Jet Centre Manager commented: "We are delighted to take over management of the airport slot coordination function at RAF Northolt. Whilst the RAF will retain operational control of their airbase, we will add our experience and expertise to provide service excellence via a single point of contact. London City Airport's investment at RAF Northolt includes refurbishment of the crew and passenger facilities to commensurate with our services at London City Airport Jet Centre"
Wing Commander Chris Platt, OC Operations Wing at RAF Northolt said: "We have been working closely with London City Airport to streamline the bookings process. As a military airfield, we ensure the highest levels of safety and security at RAF Northolt but recognize that military priorities have sometimes made it difficult to deliver the level of customer focus required to keep pace with the demands of Business Aviation. This joint initiative with Northolt Jet Centre combines our expertise in airfield operation with their focus on customer service; effectively the best of both worlds."
RAF Northolt is increasingly becoming the first choice for customers seeking a fast, hassle-free gateway to West London and the Thames Valley. Quality, expertise and innovation are the three key values that support the Jet Centre's 5-star approach to corporate aviation.
