Rise Helicopters buys Helicopter Maintenance Ltd to provide a true one stop location and contact point for all helicopter matters

Managing Director of Rise Helicopters: Mark Young stated, "I am very pleased to announce that on 25 September 2007 Rise Helicopters purchased Helicopter Maintenance Ltd. The purchase provides a wonderful opportunity to combine both company's strengths and offer both present and future customers the highest level of customer service, improved aircraft availability and serviceability"

He added, "Pat Bolt will remain as Accountable Manager with Helicopter Maintenance Limited, Pat will be in a position to focus all his experience and knowledge at engineering issues, while Rise Helicopters will provide support and assistance"

There are very few Helicopter Companies that can offer Helicopter Pilot Training, Helicopter Sales, Hangar Facilities and Maintenance all in house.

Mark Young says that times are very exciting at Rise Helicopters with increased Charters and 27 Students in their training School. "Rise Helicopters are enjoying a very busy period, Our Fleet of Helicopters has this week increased to 9, joining 3 Jet Rangers, an R44 and 4 R22's is another R44. This is a very welcome addition to our fleet as our Current R44 is working extremely hard satisfying the ppl(h) student demands at weekends. The R44 has proved so popular that we have also ordered another to be delivered in February 2008 which will increase our fleet to 10 Helicopters".
