Athens Executive Aviation today announced their agreement with REGA-Swiss Air Ambulance Ltd. to handle their medical flights as from January 1st, 2011.
Following a meeting between Mr. Panos Stergiopoulos on behalf of AEA and Mr. Bernhard Rohner on behalf of Rega, it has been agreed that, the handling of REGA's flights into Athens International Airport and most Greek airports, is assigned to Athens Executive Aviation.
With this opportunity, Mr. P. Stergiopoulos, General Manager of AEA, expresses his deep satisfaction and gratitude that REGA, such an important non-profit organization of the medical transportation sector and corporate member of the Red Cross, has shown their confidence to AEA by entrusting them their medical flights.
Furthermore he guarantees that, given their profound knowledge and experience, Athens Executive Aviation will provide immediate action in LGAV and other Greek airports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ready to handle REGA'S flights with great sense of responsibility, high levels of professionalism, flexibility and safety and to ensure that all ground requirements (airport formalities, coordination of all parties involved) for both medical and flight crews are speedily and smoothly taken care of.
