Ocean Sky Aviation announces two new key appointments

Ocean Sky Aviation Europe's fastest growing private jet company - whose headquarters are in London - has today announced the appointment of two new key executives.

Ocean Sky's CEO Kurosh Tehranchian is extremely pleased to welcome to the company Paul Baker and Henri-Pierre Hirts.

Thirty Three Year old Paul Baker has been appointed as Ocean Sky's new Sales Director, who will head up the company's young successful brokerage team. Paul joins Ocean Sky from International Air Charter Plc, where he held the post of Charter Sales Manager. Paul has an extensive experience in the private jet industry, including seven years with Air Partner Plc as Aircraft Charter Broker.

Paul says of his new appointment at Ocean Sky: " I am very excited to join a fast growing and successful company such as Ocean Sky. I have monitored Ocean Sky's rapid growth for several years and I am looking forward to being part of the company's rapidly growing future."

Paul is married and in his private life is a keen guitar player.

Henri-Pierre Hirts joins Ocean Sky as its new Commercial Director. Berlin born 42-year-old Henri-Pierre holds an MBA. He joins Ocean Sky from the post of Manager of Business Development and Marketing at LITEF GMBH – a division of Nothrop Grumman, the world's leading aerospace technology company - in Freiburg., Germany. Henri-Pierre held this post for the last three years.

Henri-Pierre holds an airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATP), and has worked in the past as a demonstration pilot for Learjet Bombardier Aerospace in Kansas, USA. His new appointment at Ocean Sky puts him in charge of all sales activities of the company, including its charter and brokerage division.

Henri-Pierre was once a political intern in the USA working for Bill and Hillary Clinton, as well as serving as CEO of Transafrik. Henri-Pierre says: " I am looking forward to this exciting challenge. My new role at Ocean Sky is the most exciting of my career to date. It gives me the opportunity to use all of my skills in business management, marketing and aviation altogether."
