Parc Aviation acquires CAMO and Part 21 DOA services provider SGI Aviation Limited

Parc Aviation ("Parc"), an Oxford Aviation Academy company, has acquired SGI Aviation Limited ("SGIA"), a Dublin based provider of CAMO and Part 21 DOA services. The acquisition strengthens Parc's Technical Support Services ("TSS") offering to the aircraft leasing and airline industry enabling it to offer total integrated technical solutions. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

An EASA approved Part M Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation ("CAMO") and a Part 21 Design Approved Organisation (DOA), SGIA will be rebranded Parc Aviation Engineering Services within Parc's TSS division. SGIA employees will relocate to Parc's headquarters in Dublin where they will be led by current SGIA Managing Director Liam Sisk.

Sean Butler, CEO of Parc commented: "I welcome Liam Sisk and the vast experience and expertise he and his team bring to Parc. We will look to significantly develop and expand the business across the aircraft leasing and airline industry, by offering stand alone CAMO and Part 21 DOA services to complement the solutions offered already to our TSS and Ferry Flight clients worldwide"

Liam Sisk, Managing Director of SGIA commented: "The whole team at SGIA are looking forward to joining Parc. Strategically, it is the natural home for us and I believe all of our customers will see significant value in us being a part of a leading global aviation service provider".
