AXON Aviation Charter Limited has appointed Richard Walker to the position of Business Development Director.

Joining the company from Vista Jet, where he held the position of Senior Vice President – Programme Sales, Richard Walker brings more than 20 years of aviation sector experience to AXON.

AXON Group partner Guy Burden says, "Not only is Richard a committed and highly knowledgeable aviation professional, but he possesses a very broad range of experience across commercial management, private aviation charter and airline operations. His detailed knowledge of the private aviation sector, together with an ability to clearly understand the needs of AXON's key high net worth clients, means he is able to develop new business for the company in its key operating areas – aircraft lease and finance, aircraft sales and acquisitions and the various strategic projects in which the company is engaged. He will be working on a variety of projects for the company and we are thrilled to have him with us."

Richard Walker will be based at the AXON Aviation Charter Limited office at Leeds Bradford Airport, UK.
