Flinders University orders Elite Evolution S623MCC & S612 G1000 trainers

The School of Science and Mathematics at Flinders University at Adelaide in South Australia has ordered two Elite flight simulation devices.

The first is an Elite Evolution S623 Multi-Crew flight training device with dynamic control loaded dual controls based on the Beechcraft King Air B200 but easily converted to a Piper Seneca III or a Cessna 172RG.

The second unit is an Elite Evolution S612 based on the Cessna C172S, and featuring real G1000 avionics.

Both units are to be be wheeled in or out of place to share a common 200° x 40° panoramic visual display using Elite's RealView visual database which will feature high resolution 3D insets of the airports at Adelaide, Adelaide Parafield, Aldinga and Kingscote, plus the new SimulClouds realistic 3D cloud formation engine.
