Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE:DCI), a worldwide manufacturer of filtration solutions and products, announced today that the company has appointed Avio-Diepen, a global leader in the aerospace industry, specializing in materials management and parts distribution, as an exclusive distributor of Donaldson aerospace filtration products in the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) market, as well as a portion of Asia.

Signed in August 2010, the distribution agreement includes Donaldson Aerospace & Defense filter products supporting the aviation industry.
