Veteran aviation sales executive, Tom Chapman, has launched a business aviation advisory firm to offer sales prospecting development and implementation solutions for manufacturers of business aircraft, their vendors and a wide range of service providers. Chapman is president of the new firm Synergy Jet Group, LLC based in Atlanta, GA, serving North America, Europe and the Middle East.
Synergy Jet Group offers a team of business aviation executives, each with more than 25 years of expertise leading successful sales and marketing campaigns at major aircraft manufacturers and service companies in domestic and international markets. Chapman said, "We understand the challenges faced by sales and marketing teams who want to build world-class aviation companies and how to overcome the obstacles standing in their way."
As an advisor, Chapman has prepared business and marketing plans for companies involved in aircraft sales, plus fractional, charter, maintenance, interior completion, and FBO services.
According to Chapman, "All companies face the constant challenge of reducing their sales cycle time, and as a result, Synergy Jet Group was created to aid and accelerate companies at critical points in their pursuit of success regardless of their size or maturity."
Achieving consistently higher results in today's marketplace requires a thoroughly researched and detailed sales prospecting plan that is aligned with the client's strategic goals, branding, and social media and internet-based applications. "Our services are not complicated and offer clients a high-value alternative to tasking salespeople to perform their own research when they need to be spending more time engaged with customers and closing deals," said Chapman.
Chapman has a degree in business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and continued graduate studies in organizational effectiveness and also completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School. He is a licensed pilot and has attended FlightSafety International training for Gulfstream and Hawker business jets.
