Jet Professionals inaugurates crewAdvantage crew benefits program

Jet Professionals, the aviation staffing division of Jet Aviation, announced it has created crewAdvantage, a comprehensive crew benefits program. The program plans to offer health and welfare benefits, significant training discounts with a simplified training booking process, along with client and candidate referral bonuses, available only to Jet Professionals crew members.

"Flying for Jet Professionals pays dividends," said Raymond Stebler, Director of Jet Professionals "We want the best crews in private aviation today to look to the Jet Professionals crewAdvantage program to help them advance their careers in corporate aviation." To qualify for crewAdvantage, all participants will first need to meet Jet Professionals' strict requirements to ensure only the safest and best qualified crew members in the industry take part in the program.

"crewAdvantage represents one of the first crew benefits programs for business and executive aviation." continues Stebler, "By joining the program, crew members will not only have access to the discounts available, but will also benefit from Jet Professionals' career planning and placement services."

Training, a costly expense for crews, is the principal benefit of the program as currently structured. crewAdvantage will offer unlimited access to all initial and recurrent training programs at significant discounts. Courses will be offered in conjunction with industry leading flight training companies. crewAdvantage will also have a comprehensive candidate referral program. For referring clients and colleagues to Jet Professionals, members will be rewarded through generous referral cash bonuses, or alternatively, training stipends.

Discounts on FAA medical exams are also part of the program. These exams will be conducted conveniently on site at Teterboro Airport by a dedicated staff physician who specializes in performing aviation medical examinations. Plans are to expand the crewAdvantage program to eventually include additional quality of life benefits such as health and wellness programs and medical, dental, and life insurance to crew members.
