Press Release
Issued by Signature Aviation.
October 19, 2010
Signature Flight Support Corporation has added fresh, new features and complimentary benefits to its customer loyalty program, Signature Status™. Signature Status™ rewards customers based on their frequency of visits to Signature locations and is not dependent on fuel uplift volumes or purchases at its U.S. FBOs. From silver status to platinum, customers receive value-added services depending on their status level at reduced or even no cost and priority for services such as preferred ramp parking and hangar availability.
New benefits include services from Dallas Airmotive, also a BBA Aviation plc company. Engine services available through the program are: one year of complimentary engine trend monitoring, in-shop labor for fuel nozzle flow checks for PT6A engines, and free engine field services for PT6A and fan engines depending on the status level and engine type. As an incentive for members to commit their engines to Dallas Airmotive early, members can receive 1000 gallons of Jet-A free, redeemable at any of Signature's U.S. locations, a benefit only available through Signature Status™.
Additionally, Signature Flight Support is now offering complimentary Signature QuickTurn™ services for its platinum level customers. These benefits increase the convenience and recognition that customers enrolled in the Signature Status™ program already enjoy.
David Best, Chief Commercial Officer for Signature Flight Support Corporation commented: "We are pleased with the success of Signature Status™ which was launched in March 2010 at NBAA's Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference. We've seen increasing interest from customers searching for more value in their FBO experience; Signature Status provides that value and more with the addition of Dallas Airmotive's engine services. I encourage those who haven't yet enrolled to consider joining Signature StatusTM and start enjoying the extensive range of benefits it includes."
